- Does Sika App hold my money?
- No. Sika App is non-custodial. Your keys stay with you. You connect Sika Authenticator and sign every payment yourself. We cannot move your money for you.
- What does it cost to send money to someone?
- Person-to-person sends carry a 0% platform fee. You keep what you send.
- Can I send money with a WhatsApp link?
- Yes. Share a payment link or QR from the receive screen. One tap to WhatsApp, just like you already share with family and friends.
- Is there a group wallet for susu or cooperatives?
- Yes. Set up a shared wallet where several people must approve before money moves. Ideal for churches, susu groups, SMEs, and cooperatives.
- How do I get the app on my phone?
- Use “Get Sika App” or “Save to your phone” on this site to add the web app to your home screen. There is no App Store or Play Store listing yet. This installs the official web app.
- Can I cash out to Mobile Money?
- Not yet. MoMo cash-in and cash-out are on the roadmap and are not a live rail in Sika App today. We would rather say that plainly than imply it works and leave you stuck.
